Anahita Guilan Steel company (private held co) is locate in an area of 20908 cubic meter in order to manufacture different types of rebar (from sizes 8 to 32) with the aim to create jobs and self-dependence in steel industry in the early 2011 after obtaining the permission from the authorized organizations like the Real State Registry Office of Guilan with the registration number of 16174. Prior to the registration, the shares had been purchased and the land title had been changed. Its construction process was launched in the early 2012 following the executive operations and technical study and budget analysis and it was unveiled after the purchase of main industrial machineries from Europe and they were installed and ran by Iranian experts. Finally, despite all the barriers and also the economy crisis and the sanctions from the western goverment, the trial production phase of this complex was started in the early 2014 after two years of hard work of the related staff. In addition, it managed to receive the authorized certificates of utilization to meet the nation-wide need with the capacity of annual 320000 tons of production and create jobs for 250 people directly and 1300 other ones indirectly. The official production of this company started with the presence of engineer Nemat Zade, the dear minister of the Industry, Mine and trade ministry and other authorities of the province in a ceremony in August 2014.
